I know that it gets hard sometimes. I understand that sometimes it feels like quitting would be easier. When you have those days (or weeks) when it feels almost too hard to continue, remember why you started, and look at how far you have come. Sometimes we get too caught up looking at the distance left to go, that we forget about how far we've already come. You probably don't want to go all the way back to the beginning, and that's what quitting will do.
