Today was the final day of my company's "Holiday Weight Maintenance Challenge" According to the scale at work, I weigh 135.6, which is 2.6 pounds less than I weighed on that scale on 12/07/09. Success!! The award presentation will occur in the future, so I don't know what, other than a certificate, I'll get for managing to lose .58 pounds a week over the last month.
On another bright note. Check out the scale's weights. This is a real product, or so the blogs I found it on say. I haven't been able to find it anywhere, though.
