Every Journey...

"The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step," was spoken by Lao Tzu, the father of Taoism.

It's the beginning of the new year and for many, it's the beginning of a fitness and/or weight loss journey. Please remember that change takes time and effort. Just try to keep up your effort and don't get discouraged. Even if you have an off day or an off week, you can kick up your effort the next day or week.
