2012 Resolutions/Challenges



When I revamped this blog back in December, I challenged everyone to get at least 2 hours of cardio activity every week. I have hit that challenge two weeks running. (the gap between the two weeks is just to show the break from 2011 to 2012)

How are you doing on that challenge? Any activities that you want to try but haven't?
