I am always impressed when people can just run a marathon without spending months getting ready. The same holds true for the half marathon. Some people run enough normally that they don't need to ramp up for the longer races. Carolyn Decker is one of those people. She's also 71 years old. She will be running the Southern Indiana Classic, but hasn't decided between the half or the full. Both races are on April 14th. I'm not the only one impressed. Her local paper wrote an article about her running habit. I'm not going to follow along with her yoga, but hope I can be running strong like her when I'm 71.
