The food you eat should fuel your body to do things. It should also be enjoyable while you're eating it and after. If a food will make you feel guilty, try to avoid it. If a food doesn't fuel you, try to avoid it.
Try to do things that make you feel good, strong and confident. Yes, losing weight may help with those feelings, but feeling deprived won't. Get active and you can lose weight and eat. Plus, as your body does more physical activities and gets stronger, that will fuel your soul.
