I love stories that remind me that it's never too late to begin your love of running. I didn't start running until I was 35. I wish I had begun sooner, but can't change that, just need to focus on continuing to run well as long as I can.

New Role Model
Inez Ross. I found out about her on Pinterest, because someone read her story in Women's Running Magazine. She's been running for 43 years after her high school daughter helped her get started. She ran a 44 minute 5K two years ago. She's participated in the Senior Games and she's helping to organize races.
I love stories that remind me that it's never too late to begin your love of running. I didn't start running until I was 35. I wish I had begun sooner, but can't change that, just need to focus on continuing to run well as long as I can.
