If you follow this advice, you will be healthier. You will feel better, too. If you are overweight, you will lose weight, without feeling starved or deprived. Those old sayings are true. "You are what you eat." "Garbage in, garbage out." You can't expect to be healthy if you eat crap. The below image is a shirt. It's such a great image to illustrate this point.
