I actually heard of one person who slept in their workout clothes to eliminate that as an excuse. I create run dates, so I have someone waiting on me. I don't like letting other people down. Figure out what will get you out of bed or out of the house. Once you get going, it's just as easy to keep going as it is to quit. It's the first step that's the hardest.
