I love this poster, but it makes me think of BASIC programming. I want to add on the bottom step: Go To 5. I want this to be on a loop. I don't think you ever finish the fitness journey. You may reach one goal, but that just means it's time to set another goal. Fitness is the destination AND the journey. Every day you are improving on the advancements from the prior day. This keeps on going and going. Enjoy the journey. Find ways to keep the journey fun so you don't want to stop.
