The annual NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament starts today. I know many of you will have filled out brackets and may have wagered a few dollars on those brackets. You may not want to move away from the TV this entire weekend, or the next one, either. I have come up with a way for you to get in some fitness while still watching the games.
Here are some ideas for on-screen events and corresponding exercises you can do.
A mom appears on screen............................5 squats
A mom and a dad on screen.........................10 squats
They say "wing span:...............................5 crunches
They say the name "Cinderella".....................5 lunges
They say Big Dance.................................5 reverse lunges
Every time missed free throw.......................5 push ups
Every time mid-court made shot....................10 jumping jacks
Correct Pick.....................................jog in place for 3 min.
Correct Upset...................................High knee jog 3 min.
Wrong Pick...................................High ankle jog 3 min.
